The pursuit of a speeding vehicle took California Highway Patrol officers from the Carson-Compton border to LAX, authorities said Monday.
The pursuit began at about 11:40 p.m. Sunday on the westbound Gardena (91) Freeway at Central Avenue and ended on World Way at Los Angeles International Airport, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
Two people were taken into custody, Garcia said.
A news videographer at the scene said the chase ended at the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
