Three people are in critical condition Saturday after a two-vehicle crash near Chinatown in downtown Los Angeles.
Firefighters were called at 12:41 a.m. Saturday to 559 N. Broadway and East Cesar Chavez Boulevard where they freed three injured people from the collision, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
The extracted victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
The conditions of the remaining passengers and the drivers were not known.
