Authorities Wednesday identified a man who was fatally shot in Rosemead.
The shooting was reported at about 2:50 a.m. Friday in the 7700 block of Garvey Avenue, near Del Mar Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Paul Pacheco, 31, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, which reported that he had been shot in the back.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was available.
