Two juveniles were taken to a hospital Monday in Tujunga following a stabbing near or at a high school, police said.

Officers responded to the 10600 block of Plainview Avenue around 1:55 p.m. Monday regarding reports of a stabbing, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The two victims were taken to a hospital in unknown condition but were conscious, police said.

It was unclear what led to the attack, which occurred in the vicinity of Verdugo Hills High School. Detectives determined that four juvenile suspects were last seen traveling southbound on Irma Avenue in a white four-door vehicle.

The stabbing remained under investigation Monday afternoon.
