An attorney for a woman suing Blueface for defamation is asking a judge to rule on her client’s bid for a default judgment against the rapper.

In her Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, Jackilyn Martinez alleges Blueface maligned her reputation with a series on Internet postings suggesting that Soulja Boy’s 2-year-old child could be his. Martinez is the mother of the boy.

In court papers filed Dec. 6 with Judge Peter A. Hernandez, Martinez’s attorney, Tara J. Licata, asks that the judge rule on her previously submitted papers requesting a default judgment against the singer, whose real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter.

“Plaintiff has no further evidence to submit,” Licata states.

Martinez described her mental state in a previously filed declaration in which she also says she has not been intimate with Porter since 2018.

“As a result of Porter’s wrongful conduct and the defamatory statements, I have and continue to suffer severe emotional and mental distress, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks (and) crying spells …,” Martinez stated.

The 27-year-old “Respect My Cryppin” singer has not participated in the case.
