Firefighters took 17 minutes to put out flames inside a garage in an El Sereno neighborhood of Los Angeles, keeping them out of the attached home Saturday evening.
The fire was reported at 8:02 p.m. Saturday at 4378 E. Hatfield Place, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
No injuries were reported.
