Police Friday are searching for two armed suspects who robbed a taco stand of over $1,500 and assaulted an employee in Harbor City.
Los Angeles Police Department officers from the Harbor Division were called at around 12:10 a.m. Friday to Western Avenue and 228th Street where the suspects, wearing dark clothing, approached the stand and demanded money from the employees at the stand, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
The suspects drove away in a dark colored Kia Sol, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
