An at-risk 90-year-old man who had been reported missing was located Monday, the Palm Springs Police Department said.
Edward “Ted” Liljenberg, described as a white man with gray hair and glasses possibly wearing a dark-colored hoodie and pants, was reported missing on Monday morning after leaving his family’s house without his walker at 12:15 a.m., according to a department statement.
Liljenberg, who suffers from dementia and has hearing, vision and mobility issues, is English and “not oriented with the area,” according to the department. Prior to being found, he was last seen in Paseo el Mirador between N. Avenida Caballeros and N. Sunrise Way.
