Authorities sought the public’s help Thursday in locating a 21-year-old man who requires medication and was last seen in Norwalk.
Isaiah Emmanuel Valdez was last seen at 9 p.m. on Dec. 19, on the 12000 block of Cheshire Street, between Pioneer and Norwalk boulevards, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Valdez was described as a 5-foot-6-inch Hispanic man, weighing about 140 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a mustache.
He was last seen wearing a black beanie, black jacket, black pants, with bracelets and a black rosary.
Valdez’s possible destination was in Cerritos according to sheriff’s department.
