A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries after a collision with a vehicle and cable communication boxes in Menifee, authorities said.
Officers responded to a report of the collision shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Newport Road and Lone Pine Drive, according to the Menifee Police Department.
Two people inside a Toyota Rav4 suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the department said.
The 20-year-old male driver of a Honda CBR600 was ejected from the motorcycle and listed in critical condition after being rushed to a hospital.
All three victims were Menifee residents, but their identities were not publicly released.
Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor in the accident, police said. The cause of the crash was under investigation. Anyone with information about the collision was asked to contact Officer A. Balcazar at 951-723-1615.
