A pedestrian was killed Saturday after being struck by a white Honda Accord in a South San Gabriel intersection.
The crash occurred at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at San Gabriel Boulevard and Delta Street in the unincorporated area south of Rosemead, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics performed CPR on the pedestrian before pronouncing the person dead at the scene, the CHP reported.
It was unclear if the motorist stopped at the scene. The intersection was closed temporarily for the investigation.
