A 68-year-old Altadena man believed to have been displaced by the Eaton Fire was reported missing Monday.
Benjamin Philippe Belombre was contacted Nov. 26, 2024, around noon in the 800 block of East Sacramento Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Belombre was described as a 5-foot-6-inch tall Black man weighing 145 pounds, with long gray hair, black eyes and a full beard. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a white T-shirt.
Belombre was said to have resided in a fire zone and may have been displaced due to the Eaton Fire.
Authorities urged anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call the Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
