Two suspects were arrested in Culver City on several felony charges, including alleged drug and firearms possession, police said Saturday.
Officers from the Culver City Police Department were patrolling an area near Ballona Creek on Thursday during the morning hours when they noticed a man acting suspiciously near a parked vehicle. As they approached, he tried to flee on his bicycle, while two others exited the vehicle, according to a tweet from the Culver City Police Department.
Police detained the three suspects and upon further investigation, they found a stash of drug paraphernalia, illegal substances, firearms — including two ghost guns — ammunition and stolen credit cards.
Police booked two of the suspects into the Culver City Jail and one person received a citation.
