The California Highway Patrol Tuesday deactivated a Silver Alert for a wheelchair-bound 76-year-old man who went missing Dec. 26 in Long Beach and has been located.
The CHP did not say where or when James Foster was located.
Foster had last been seen at about 7:30 a.m. the day after Christmas in the Long Beach area.
