An 18-year-old woman who was reported missing in North Hollywood, prompting the issuance of an Ebony Alert, has been located, authorities announced Tuesday.
Jordynn Drew had last been seen at 2 a.m. Sunday near Clybourn Avenue and Victory Boulevard, said the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Drew has since been located, but as is customary in missing persons cases, no additional details about when or where she was found were provided.
Ebony Alerts are issued to help find Black children, teenagers and young adults — 12 to 25 years old — who are reported missing under unexplained or suspicious circumstances or those who are at-risk, developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired or who have been abducted.
