Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department homicide detectives Thursday are investigating the fatal shooting of a suspect by deputies in Paramount.
The shooting occurred at 12:15 a.m. Thursday in the 15000 block of Paramount Boulevard and First Street, east of Somerset Business Park, said LASD homicide Lt. Steven De Jong.
The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics.
