A 47-year-old man who authorities say has a medical condition that requires daily medication was reported missing Friday after he was last seen west of the City Terrace neighborhood of East Los Angeles.
David Phalen was last seen at 7:15 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of North Rowan Avenue and De Garmo Drive, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Phalen is white, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has gray and blue short hair, a beard and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a lavender T-shirt and dark pants.
