Multiple patients received medical attention Wednesday after a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in the unincorporated area of Good Hope Wednesday.

The crash was first reported shortly after 6:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 24000 block of West Highway 74 and Ellis Avenue, according to a Riverside County Fire Department statement.

Arriving firefighters discovered a collision involving two vehicles and one patient who had been ejected. Paramedics were on hand to address multiple victims, the department said.

Highway 74 was temporarily closed in both directions following the accident.
