A juvenile suspect who allegedly shot at two victims with a gun without serial numbers was arrested by Long Beach police and an investigation is underway Friday.
Officers from the Long Beach Police Department were patrolling the area near the 2200 block of East Anaheim Street Wednesday at 5:39 p.m. when they saw the suspect shoot at the victims in an alley, police said.
After a brief foot pursuit, the officers detained and arrested the suspect, who was taken to Long Beach City Jail for booking.
During their investigation, officers recovered a ” ghost gun”– a firearm with no serial numbers, according to the police department.
No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.
