An at-risk 13-year-old girl was reported missing after being last seen Tuesday in Lancaster.
Victoria Bella Arevalo was last seen at 1 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of East Avenue H-11, near Third Street East, according to the Sheriff Department’s Information Bureau.
Victoria is Latino, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 90 pounds, has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, black and white Converse shoes with a JanSport backpack.
