Long Beach police recovered a handgun and arrested a suspect during a traffic stop, police said Thursday.
The traffic stop occurred about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Long Beach Boulevard, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Officers recovered a handgun during the traffic stop and the suspect was taken into custody. The person’s name was not released.
No other details were immediately provided.
The investigation was ongoing.
