Police requested the public’s assistance Friday in locating an at-risk 16-year-old boy with unspecified medical conditions.

Mohammod Tahir was last spotted Monday around 7 p.m. walking in the 15800 block of Vermont Avenue, on the border with Gardena, two blocks north of Alondra Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Mohammod was described as a 5-foot-5-inch tall boy of Middle Eastern descent weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, dress pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information regarding Mohammod’s whereabouts was urged to contact LAPD Southeast Division Detective Sonny Patsenhann at 213-972-7848 or call 911.
