Police Tuesday are investigating the stabbing of a man in the Cambodia Town neighborhood of Long Beach.
Long Beach Police Department officers responded to the 1000 block of Linden Avenue regarding a stabbing call at 3:09 a.m. Monday. According to police, their preliminary investigation indicates the victim was in the area of Anaheim Street and Alamitos Avenue when he was stabbed by a male suspect.
The victim was taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, police said.
The motive for the stabbing is investigation, police said.
