Fire Sunday damaged a single-story, boarded-up structure in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 8:50 a.m. to 7801 S. Broadway St. had the fire out within 18 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The fire extended into the attic of the structure. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
