A two-vehicle collision led to one of the automobiles going off the side of the road and fatally crashing into a pedestrian in Playa del Rey Sunday.
The crash happened around 7:10 p.m. Sunday in the 8200 block of Vista Del Mar, near the shoreline, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A roughly 70-year-old man sustained minor injuries. The pedestrian was only identified as a female.
It was unclear what led to the crash.
