A Westminster High School walk-on coach has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a student at the school, police said Monday.
James Gaviola was arrested Friday on suspicion of statutory rape with the girl, police said. Gaviola posted bail and was released Sunday, according to Orange County Jail records.
