A 24-year-old man who was killed in a motorcycle crash with a semi-trailer in Torrance was identified Tuesday by county authorities.
The victim was identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office as Julio Rivas Rivera.
The fatal crash was reported at 11:18 a.m. Monday near the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway at Sepulveda Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
