A 35-year-old man diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing after being last seen Wednesday in Lake Elsinore.
Ismael Velasco was last seen near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Riverside Drive at an unspecified time, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Velasco was described as a 5-foot-10-inch tall man weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue or gray sweater.
Sheriff’s officials indicated that Velasco is a reserved individual who dislikes being photographed.
