Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday are seeking the public’s help in locating a 23-year old man who authorities say has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and was last seen in Torrance.
Pedro Hernandez Jr. was last seen on the 1000 block of West Carson Street, west of Harbor UCLA Medical Center at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Hernandez is Latino, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray pants.
