A 26-year-old man killed in a fiery collision in Boyle Heights was identified Monday.

The collision occurred at 12:13 a.m. Saturday and fire fighters responded to 513 N. Brittania St., east of Cesar Chavez Avenue and where the Santa Monica (10) and Santa Ana (5) freeways run concurrently, where they found the collision, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.

One of the cars involved in the collision was on fire.

A man was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to a hospital in serious condition.

The man was identified Monday by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as Anthony Medina, who died from blunt force trauma and burn injuries.
