Firefighters Saturday quickly knocked down a fire on the fifth floor of a seven-story apartment building in Koreatown, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 12:03 p.m. Saturday to 815 S. Kingsley Drive had the fire out within 15 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
“Firefighters will conduct a water sweep to remove the water in units from the fire sprinkler,” the LAFD’s Margaret Stewart said.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
