A 13-year-old girl who authorities said has been diagnosed with epilepsy was reported missing Tuesday after she ran away from home and was last seen in Riverside.
Evelyn Ortega was last seen Panorama Road and Olivewood Avenue at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, the Riverside Police Department reports.
Evelyn is Latina, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 123 pounds and has long, black hair. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, baggy blue jeans and black and white Vans tennis shoes.
According to police, Evelyn experienced seizures earlier this evening and officers are actively searching for her. She is known to walk along the railroad tracks in the area.
