Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department homicide detectives Wednesday are continuing their investigation of a fatal shooting that left two women dead in Compton .
The women, who according to Fox 11 were mother and daughter, were shot at 7:13 p.m. Tuesday at West Caldwell Street and South Central Avenue, the sheriff’s department said.
Fox 11 reported a dark colored sedan drove alongside the women and opened fire on the victims before driving away.
