Authorities Saturday circulated photos of a 60-year-old man with limited verbal communication skills who went missing in Long Beach.
Norris B. Baldwin, who requires ongoing medical treatment, was last seen about noon Friday near the 3100 block of Long Beach Boulevard, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Baldwin was described as a 5-feet-8-inch tall Black man weighing 144 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray jacket and a Lakers hat.
