Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives Wednesday are seeking the public’s help in finding a 25-year-old man who authorities say has several undisclosed medical conditions and who was last seen in Sylmar.
Armando Velazquez Centeno was last seen on Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. on the 14400 block of Olive View Drive, south of Kennedy Road, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Velazquez is Latino, 6 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes, wears glasses and has several tattoos, including one that says Humble on his left forearm, authorities said. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and gold earrings.
