A 22-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in an automobile collision in Northridge was identified Thursday.
Firefighters responded to the 9900 block of Tampa Ave, near Lassen Street at around 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday to reports regarding a severe collision involving a motorcycle, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Three people were taken to a hospital in serious condition.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene despite paramedics administering life-saving measures, Stewart said.
He was identified Thursday by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as Roger Scott.
It was unclear what led up to the collision.
