A man was shot to death Saturday morning in Long Beach, authorities said.
Officers dispatched at about 12:25 a.m. Saturday to a shooting call in the 1900 block of 45th Street located a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Arriving paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. He was later identified as Travis Lee Robinson Jr. 56, of Long Beach.
No further information was immediately available.
