A Silver Alert is in effect in Los Angeles County Wednesday for a 65-year-old man diagnosed with dementia who was last seen in Norwalk.
Joseph Brown, a resident of Lake View Terrace, was last seen at 4 p.m. Tuesday on the 12700 block of Norwalk Boulevard, south of Imperial Highway, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Brown is Latino, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 174 pounds, has wavy white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a multi-colored flannel shirt and gray pants.
