An 83-year-old man who went missing in Baldwin Park, prompting the issuance of a Silver Alert, has been located, authorities announced Wednesday.
Juan Nieto-Barajas had last been seen around 5:30 p.m. on April 5 near Francisquito Avenue and Frazier Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
He has since been located, but no additional details were provided about when or where he was found.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
