Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigators Saturday are seeking the public’s help in finding a 61-year-old man who authorities say has a mental disorder and was reported missing after he was last seen in Lynwood.
Richard Munoz was last seen Friday at 1 p.m. on the 3500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and California Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Munoz is Latino, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and blue pants.
