Three people were transported to a hospital in critical condition after a two-vehicle collision Friday in Rancho Mirage.
Deputies were dispatched to the area of Ramon and Los Alamos roads shortly before 10 a.m. Friday, according to the the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
It was unclear if there were any vehicle occupants who did not require medical treatment.
No arrests were immediately made.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
