An at-risk 82-year-old man diagnosed with unspecified health conditions and a cognitive impairment, was reported missing after being last seen Tuesday in an unincorporated area bordering Hawthorne.
Carlo Olortegui was last seen around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 5000 block of 139th Street, between La Cienega Boulevard and Inglewood Avenue, at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Olortegui was described as a 5-foot-4-inch-tall Hispanic man weighing 109 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black “U.S. Army Veteran” hat, and a face mask.
Olortegui is believed to be near the area of 135th Street and Hawthorne Boulevard, according to sheriff’s officials.
