Authorities sought the public’s help Wednesday in locating an at-risk 17-year-old girl last seen in Palmdale.
Alai-Ja Mae Henderson, who is also known as Bug or May, was last seen May 28 at around 4 p.m. in the 39000 block of Clock Tower Plaza Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Henderson was described as a 5-foot-7-inch-tall Black girl weighing 145 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, green sweatpants, black Croc shoes, and silver rings.
Sheriff’s officials said Henderson’s family is growing increasingly concerned about her well-being and is seeking the public’s help in finding her.
