Sheriff’s detectives were searching Saturday for a 76-year-old woman with mental health issues who went missing from Lancaster.
Mary Elsie Spears was last seen about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 44000 block of Fig Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Spears is Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 200 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes, wearing an orange and black dress. She might be headed to San Diego, officials said.
There was no description of her mental health issues.
