Authorities sought the public’s assistance Monday in locating an at-risk 43-year-old woman last seen in Lancaster.
Christie Velleca was last seen on May 25 at around 1 p.m. near West Avenue I and 20th Street West, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Velleca was described as a 5-feet-2-inch tall white woman weighing 100 pounds with green hair and brown eyes. She also has a tattoo of “Ray” on her right forearm and a scar on her right abdomen.
Sheriff’s officials said Velleca’s family is growing increasingly concerned about her well-being and is seeking the public’s help in finding her.
