Firefighters Saturday knocked down an outside rubbish fire that was exposing a one-story vacant building in North Hollywood that housed a tire shop, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 11:38 a.m. Saturday to 6550 N. Laurel Canyon Blvd., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
