At least one person died when a pickup truck crashed into a wall on the Escondido (215) Freeway in the Riverside area, authorities said Monday.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 10:57 p.m. Sunday on the southbound Escondido Freeway at the Van Buren Boulevard off-ramp.
Information about victims or the circumstances of the crash was not available.
