Authorities Wednesday continued investigating a shooting that damaged a vehicle in Coachella but caused no reported injuries.
Deputies responded around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday to the area of Douma Street and Avenue 52 after a man reported his vehicle had been struck by gunfire while he was driving, according to sheriff’s Sgt. Wenndy Brito-Gonzalez.
Deputies found evidence of gunfire, and no arrests were made, Brito-Gonzalez said.
No further information was immediately available.
