A male victim was wounded in a shooting in the Lincoln Heights area of Los Angeles.
The shooting occurred at 10:35 p.m. Friday at Avenue 22 and Broadway, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
An unknown suspect fired a shot at the victim, wounding him, the officer said.
Paramedics took him to a hospital where he had stable vital signs, she said.
The victim was unable to provide information to police because he was sedated, the officer said.
