A man who was shot to death in East Hollywood was publicly identified Sunday.
Colby Young was 29 and died in a parking lot, according to the Medical Examiner’s office. His city of residence was not provided.
The shooting occurred about 2 a.m. Friday at 4204 Beverly Blvd., near Normandie Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Arriving officers found the man lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head, according to reports from the scene.
Young was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
